Xiaomi Smarter Living 2023: Smart TVs, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers and More Launched

Xiaomi India at their event, Smarter Living, launched a whole host new products, including smart air purifiers, robot vacuum mop, smart TVs and more. The IoT event was live-streamed from the official social media handles of Xiaomi. With the launch of so many new products, the company hopes to expand its consumer base.

The new range of smart TVs launched by Xiaomi are called X Pro series. Two new models were air purifiers under the category of Smart Air Purifier 4. Let's take a closer look at the highlights of the event and specifications of the products launched.

Xiaomi Smart TV X Pro Series Launched

The newly launched smart TV X Pro series has three different models, in differing sizes. These are 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch. The TVs boast of a premium metal, bezel-less design, as well as a 96.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. Additionally, users when using products from this series can enjoy 4K HDR resolution, with HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. When it comes to audio, the TVs offer 40W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. The company also claimed that the TVs' DTS:X technology allows users' senses to "get enveloped in the immersive sound and discover new levels of detail, clarity, and depth across a wider sound stage."

Powered by Google, the built-in Google chromecast feature allows users to stream their favourite content, shows, movies, photos and more from their phones to their TVs.

The price of the 43-inch Xiaomi smart TV X Pro is Rs 32,999, while the 50-inch variant costs Rs 41,999 and the 55-inch TV is priced at Rs 47,999.

Point to remember is that customers can also avail of a Rs 2000 discount on a sale that goes live on April 19.

Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4, 4 Lite, Robot Vaccum 2i, Beard Trimmer 2 Launched

Two new air purifiers were launched by Xiaomi in its Smart Air purifier 4 series. The Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 and Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite offer powerful triple layer filtration, that the company claims removes up to 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns.

The Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 ​​also packs in a Particle Clean Air Delivery Rate (PCADR) of upto 400m3/h, which is capable of circulating air of max. 516 sq. ft within 10 minutes.

Particles like pollen, animal dander and dust, are also removed by the purifiers' negative ion generator. The Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite is priced at Rs 9,499, including bank offers while the Smart Air Purifier 4 has been launched at Rs 13,999.

The robot mop boasts of a motor that sucks in the dirt at 2,200pa. With 25 built-in censors, a 450ml dust compartment and a large battery that promises 100 minutes of run time, this maybe a good deal for Rs. Rs 16,999. The 2-in-1 vacuum and mop combo aims to be a all-in-one cleaning solution for homes. It's specially designed Zig Zag cleaning cleans every corner of rooms. The robot mop can be controlled using the remote control from the Xiaomi Home App, wherein users can control cleaning modes, track device location, and customize cleaning schedules. The device is also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Beyond these appliances, Xiaomi also launched a new Beard Trimmer 2C and a grooming kit. The company said that the trimmer's standard U shape blade trims at a precision of 0.5mm, helping achieve a full-body grooming experience effortlessly. It costs Rs. 1,199. Additionally, the kit also includes a nose and ear trimming blade, a body grooming head and precision blade.
