Nokia Launches Affordable, High Quality Range Of Coloud Headphones : All Features Explained

    Nokia has joined forces with Zound Industrie's Coloud brand to bring out a new range of "high quality, yet affordable" headsets. The new line products have a design scheme that seems to inspired from Nokia's Lumia and Asha line of smartphones.

    They're solid, colorful and bright enough to get you excited about your music. The range includes three variants. The Boom (large over the head cups), Knock (smaller over the head cups, lighter versions of The Boom), and Pop (in earphones) headsets.     Talking about the headsets, Nokia has us excited with this new products. Through this collaboration, the company says that its trying to offer a more affordable alternative to the more expensive headphones in the market. Their plan makes sense, since there aren't too many reputable brands offering products in the lower end side of the headset market.

    Boom

    The biggest of three, the Boom uses "smart closed construction" to ensure that you're ears are sealed tight from all the noise around you. They use large, comfy pads that are held together by a padded rock-solid frame that sits perfectly over your head.

    Knock

    A downsized version of the Boom, the knock doesn't offer the noise reduction feature of its bigger sibling, but instead, you get a headset that's lighter and much easier to carry around during your daily commute.

    Pop

    For those who don't like hunky plastic wrapped over their heads, the Pop is a great choice. These angled ear-buds fit perfectly into any ear, according to Nokia. Like all other earbuds, these come with three different sized buds that come in the sales pack.

    Boom, Knock, and Pop will be available from September costing €27(Rs. 2281), €22(Rs. 1858), and €18(Rs. 1520.91) respectively in European markets. The company is yet to announce launch dates for India. 

    Red Knock Headphones With Mic

    Yellow Knock Headphones WIth Mic

    Knock Headphones in a strong, bright shade of Yellow. Should look nice with most Lumia and Asha phones. 

    Red Boom Headphones With Mic

    The bigger, more powerful Boom headphones. Expect larger ear cups, a more comfortable fit and solid noise reduction. 

    Yellow Boom Headphone With Mic

    The Boom headphones will also come in a bright yellow. 

    Red Pop Earbuds With MIc

    These colourful little earbuds promsie to offer comfort with their compact form and some tasty sound with thier technology from Coloud.

    Blue Pop Earbuds With Mic

    The Coloud Pop In Blue.

    Zound Lasso

    The Zound Lasso, together with the flat cable makes these headsets tangle-free. Just clip the Zound Lasso around the flat cable to keep it from tying itself into knots in your bag.
