Sony Launches Special Edition Smartband in Collaboration with ROXY

Japan based electronic giant Sony has collaborated with lifestyle brand ROXY to release a limited edition of smartband named SWR10. Coming in cobalt blue the ROXY band has IP58 certification which means it is dust and water resistant upto 3 meter deep for 30 minutes, although the micro USB is exposed, Sony promises a year long guarantee.

The SWR10 is designed in such a way that it operates on Sony's Lifelog app, also it can monitor your day-to-day activity with sleep cycle process included. ROXY can be used to set alarms, control music and notify you of calls and texts.

SWR10 smartband comes with Bluetooth, NFC and will have a battery life for a week with a single charge in it. It can also be used to play, pause and skip tracks in Sony's WALKMAN2 app by pressing the key, and tapping the band.

ROXY is available in Sony's online store, later this month.
