The previous release from the Call of Duty franchise was Modern Warfare 3.The game was released last year and went on to become a huge success. The game play was very much similar to previous iterations however the protagonists in the game had to deal with the threat of World War III, which marginally increased the stakes.

Those who were familiar with CoD games found the game extremely engaging. Especially the cinematic set pieces and non stop action contributed to the ground breaking sales of the game. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is expected to take up similar roads. The game will be released on November 1, 2012 for Xbox 360, PC, Wii U and Playstation 3 users.
