Little Big Planet launched for Playstation Vita

Award winning game Little Big Planet has been officially launched for Playstation Vita portable. This highly popular game has been developed by Double Eleven Studios and Tarsier Studios in association with Media Molecule. The game brings all the play, create and share features of the franchise to the portable system along with an exciting new adventure for the main character Sackboy.

The new game has been developed particularly for Playstation Vita and provides an option for the players to enjoy an entirely new game scenario. The game also incorporates all tools required to create any type of level that a player can imagine. Players can also share their creations through the Playstation Network. Little Big Planet also has 45 new story levels which can be played across 6 different themes. Users can pre-order for this upcoming game here.

The game also features several new characters. Gameplay is set on the planet of Carnivalia where players fight a Puppeteer who is causing issues in Craftworld. Players will be able to progress through the different levels in their attempts to foil the evil plans of the Puppeteer. The game utilizes the multitouch features of Vita in an apt fashion.

Little Big Planet for Playstation Vita supports a location based functionality which allow players to trace other players nearby and challenge them for beating high scores set by them. Multiplayer game mode is also supported. Users can play online multiplayer game with up to 4 players. The game also arrives with all the existing downloadable content packs and tools specific for Vita.
