Microsoft Introduces Xbox Live Gold Service for Indian Xbox 360 Users

Rejoice if you are a proud Xbox 360 owner and currently based in India. According to reports, Xbox 360 owners can now look to enjoy premium services on their console as Microsoft has announced the Xbox Live Gold service in India.

With Microsoft making the Xbox Live Gold Rush Program official in India, the platform will now provide a host of great offers and experience in gaming and entertainment for owners.

Anshu Mor, Director - Interactive Entertainment Business, Microsoft India, said, "We wanted to create a real sense of community for our fans and allow them to enjoy great benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold. Gold Rush captures the energy and passion of the world's largest social network in the comforts of your living room."

As revealed via the company, on subscribing to the Xbox Live Gold programme, gamers will be entitled to as many as 36 free games, alongside discounts on future purchases and access to premium entertainment apps and the Xbox online multiplayer gaming network.

Also, gamers will receive two free games every month and access to free-to-play titles such as Warface and World of Tanks. Subscribers can also redeem nine Xbox Arcade Games for free all through the year.

Microsoft is also giving away a Gold Rush suitcase filled with goodies that's worth approximately Rs 3 lakh. The box include a 100g gold bar, a Titanfall Collector's Edition for Xbox 360, an Xbox 360 Special Edition Chrome series controller (in Gold), and an Xbox Live 12-month Gold subscription card.
