Nintendo showed off their new Wii U game pad at the recently concluded E3 show. This new game pad will be a key element in the upcoming Wii U gaming console from Nintendo. It is a dual screen game pad. The second screen in the new game pad can be utilized for activating different game controls and for camera views Nintendo fans will love this new Wii U game pad for sure.
We need to look at what this game pad can do while playing different games. While playing Wii Fit U, you can record the workout on the game pad directly. This game pad can be utilized as a TV remote, and it supports near-field communications. The NFC technology in the game pad can be used off for reading and writing data from figures and also cards. The design includes a white frame with black buttons.
Movement sensing is also possible with this device via motion sensors and gyro sensors. With these intuitive motions for controlling a game, persons with varying gaming skills can play together with ease. The one thing that worries is how long you can hold this game pad. Another drawback could be that the new WiiU game pad doesn’t feature multi touch functionality, though this is not critical as it comes up with good control buttons.
Unlike the 3DS-like circle pads, the device comes up with two stick-type elements for better user convenience. The new game console has a 6.2-inch touch-sensitive display and an infrared TV remote which is fully independent.
The gaming lovers who are closely following Wii U console have other interesting developments too to follow. "Miiverse", which is Wii’s social network, is one among them. Communication in Mii network is made possible by text messaging and even writing with hands which is exciting news to gaming admirers. A Wii U Pro is also introduced for those who prefer traditional experience. Nintendo is mum at the overall pricing details.
Nintendo with this new game pad plans to offset the talk in the town on the new Microsoft SmartGlass technology for enhanced gaming experience. Battle for interactive gaming is just reaching the next level!
