A cheaper edition of Xbox One is launched in India: Pre-order now
This console is already up for pre-order on Amazon India and Flipkart.
Good news gamers, Microsoft has just announced a smaller edition of its new gaming console, the Xbox One. Dubbed as the Xbox One S, this console is already up for pre-order at the base price of Rs. 29,990 on Amazon India and Flipkart.
While the announcement is done, the Xbox One S will be officially launched in India on October 5. There are two variants of the gaming console; the standard one with 500GB and the higher version featuring 1TB. The 500GB one will cost you Rs. 29,990, while the Xbox One S 1TB variant will be available for Rs. 34,990. The Xbox One S also comes with two games, Gears of War 4 and Battlefield 1.
Talking about the differences with the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S is 40 percent smaller. Due to its slim chassis, it looks more stylish and sleek. It is only available in a Robot White color and has a built-in power supply.
When it comes to the specifications, the Xbox One S offers support for 4K Ultra HD for Blu-ray movies and content streamed from partners like Netflix, as well as High Dynamic Range (HDR) for video and gaming. It allows you to play more than 100 exclusive games.
Additionally, the gaming console is claimed to deliver richer and more vivid colors for a more visually enhanced gaming experience. What's more, the Xbox One S ships with a Xbox Wireless Controller. You can also try the 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial.
