A new Drag and Revive option allows players to assist downed teammates more effectively. Weapons can now be mounted against surfaces like walls or barricades for stable firing positions offering tactical benefits.

Battlefield 6 Minimum System Requirements

To achieve basic performance levels, players will need specific hardware. The required CPU is either an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600. A RAM of 16 GB with dual-channel at 2133 MHz is necessary. For graphics, an NVIDIA RTX 2060, AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, or Intel Arc A380 is needed, along with a VRAM of 6 GB. Storage should be a 75 GB HDD, and the operating system must be Windows 10 (64-bit) with DirectX Version 12. The performance target is set at 1080p @ 30 FPS on low settings.

Battlefield 6 Recommended System Requirements

For a smoother gaming experience, EA suggests more advanced specifications. The recommended CPU is an Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. RAM should remain at 16 GB but with dual-channel at a higher speed of 3200 MHz. A graphics card like NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti, AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, or Intel Arc B580 is advised, with VRAM increased to 8 GB. Storage should be a faster SSD of the same capacity (75 GB), and Windows 10 (64-bit) remains the required OS with DirectX Version 12.

Performance Targets & Security Requirements

The recommended setup aims for performance targets of either 1440p @ 60 FPS on high settings or over 80 FPS at low settings in a performance mode at a resolution of 1080p. The same security requirements apply here to maintain anti-cheat functionality.

Security features such as TPM 2.0 enabled, UEFI Secure Boot enabled, HVCI capable, and VBS capable are essential due to Battlefield 6's kernel-level anti-cheat system. Fortunately, gamers with PCs from the last four to five years should still manage to enjoy the beta at lower settings.

Battlefield 6: Price and Editions

Two editions of Battlefield 6 are available for purchase: Standard and Phantom Edition. The Standard Edition is priced at $69.99 in the US and Rs 3,999 in India. The Phantom Edition costs $99.99 in the US and Rs 5,999 in India. Pre-orders are currently open on EA's official website.

The single-player campaign offers a glimpse into a world set in 2027 where NATO has collapsed. A private militia named Pax Armata poses a global threat in this first-person shooter game.

The game’s modern settings were initially revealed through a cinematic trailer released last week. EA showcased extended multiplayer gameplay with creators during the event while providing insights into the single-player campaign.
