Instead, the company is busy working on the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC. After the launch of the game for PC, the company will make it available on consoles like PS4 and Xbox.

According to the latest rumors GTA 6 is expected to be launched by the end of 2021. Rumors and leaks also suggest that the game will be based in Vice City. However, before the launch of the latest Grand Theft Auto game, the company has different plans.

According to reports, fans have spotted an update which is coming for the popular GTA 3, this indicates that Rockstar Games is planning to introduce the game on new platforms. Reports suggest that a new rating for the game was ordered in Australia.

GTA 3 was launched back on October 22, 2001, after 18-year the company has commissioned a new rating for the game. This information left the fans to believe that the company is planning to bring Grand Theft Auto 3 to the latest platform like Nintendo Switch and Xbox One.

The bad news for GTA fans it that this launch might affect the launch of GTA 6 and there might be the possibility that the launch will be delayed from the expected time frame. Reports also suggest that the game developers are not expected to take the pressure of revamping the GTA 3 entirely and it will be a simple launch on the new platforms.

TezFunz2 recently predicted on Twitter that the GTA 6 will be launch by 2020 with the launch of new PS 5, "Now that Playstation 5 is launching holiday 2020, I think we can be positive Rockstar next title isn't coming until 2021 or holiday 2020 if they have enough time to finish it up."
