HTC Vive Cosmos With 6DoF, New UI Launched In India At Rs. 98,999
HTC has launched its latest virtual reality headset - the Vive Cosmos in India. The newly launched PC-based comes loaded with new features like gesture console and 6 DoF (six degrees of ) support, six build-in camera sensors. Besides it also comes with a flip-up design which will allow users to flip the virtual display anytime as per their requirement. It also comes with plug-and-play support. Here are the details:

HTC Vive Cosmos India Price And Offers
The HTC Vive Cosmos has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 89,990, the VR headset will be up for grabs via e-commerce website Amazon India and HTV Vive e-store from October 25 (today). Buyers will also get a free one-year Viveport Infinity membership worth Rs. 7,188. You will also receive a shooting game Aeon bundled with the headset.
HTC Vive Cosmos Features
The HTC Vive Cosmos comes equipped with a dual 3.4-inch display which offers a combined resolution of 2880 x 1700 pixels. The headset also comes with 90Hz LCD panels which are capable of reducing the distance between pixels. This feature will minimize the 'screen-door effect.
The Vive Cosmos is powered by the Vive Reality System, and the company has also redesigned the user interface of the VR headset which the company calls Lens. The company claims that this new UI will make it easier for users to navigate XR and Vive port Infinity apps. Besides, HTC has also included a new home space which is known as Origin.
The VR headset also comes with stereophonic headphones and integrated microphones. The Vive Cosmos comes bundled with controllers like joysticks and emits light.
Also, do note that the VR headset is capable of delivering 110 degrees of field of view. On the connectivity part, the Vive Cosmos offers USB Type-C 3.0, DisplayPort 1.2, and a proprietary connector for mods. It has sensors like G sensor, IPD sensor, and gyroscope.
