ASUS ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X Now Available for Sale in India With New Gaming Accessories
ASUS has officially made its handheld gaming consoles, the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X, available in India. The devices mark the company’s latest effort to merge console-style portability with PC-level performance, targeting gamers who want flexibility without giving up power.

Compact Consoles With PC Performance
The two handhelds are powered by AMD’s Ryzen Z2 series chips — the Ally with the Ryzen Z2 A processor, and the Ally X with the higher-end Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme. Both run Windows 11, so they can access the same PC gaming libraries as a desktop or laptop.

The Ally X, priced at ₹1,14,990, includes 24GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and a larger 80Wh battery, while the standard Ally, at ₹69,990, features 16GB of RAM, 512GB storage, and a 60Wh battery. Each model has a 7-inch Full HD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Radeon graphics.
In design, the consoles resemble traditional controllers more than laptops, complete with Xbox-style grips, analog triggers, haptics, and customizable rear buttons. Both are available through ASUS e-shop, Amazon, Flipkart, and authorized ROG stores.
Accessory Lineup Expands the Setup
Alongside the devices, ASUS has introduced several new accessories built around the same ecosystem. The ROG Bulwark Dock DG300, a 7-in-1 hub priced at ₹7,999, allows users to connect the Ally to external monitors and peripherals, turning it into a mini gaming rig. The ROG 2-in-1 Premium Case (₹3,999) doubles as both protection and a stand, while the ROG SLASH Sling Bag 4.0 (₹4,999) and ROG Ranger backpacks (₹4,999–₹7,499) add portability for gamers carrying multiple devices.
ASUS says the accessories will roll out by late October, with wider availability in November 2025.
Handheld Gaming Finds Its Place
The ROG Ally lineup reflects a growing interest in handheld PCs — devices that balance mobility with performance. While they’re still niche compared to laptops or full consoles, they cater to a segment of players who want to game anywhere without compromises.
