Sony PlayStation Plus Services to go Live on Playstation Vita from November 19

Sony PS3 users would be quite familiar with the PlayStation plus services. A subscription to this service helps them to play many games for free in PS3 console. The PlayStation Blog says that this service is being extended to PS Vita console users as well. As per the reports coming in, this service would be made available from November 19th as part of the new software update coming in for PS Vita dubbed V2.00.

The benefits which were enjoyed by PS3 users while subscribing to PS Plus service would be made available to PS Vita users too. This includes various discounts and other bonus schemes along with the provision to store games on Sony’s cloud platform.

Users just need to update their PS Vita to the software version V2.00 next week and they can start subscribing to this service which would make them entitled to download different games like WipEout 2048, Gravity Rush and Golden Abyss. Those uers who are already subscribed to PS plus through PS3 would be able to use the same subscription on their PS Vita devices too at no additional cost.

Only earlier this month, Sony enhanced PS Plus services announcing the availability of more free games like Crysys2, Resident Evil 5 gold edition and Ratchet.
