Ubisoft Launches Assassin’s Creed 3 in India

 

Ubisoft has released Assassin’s Creed, the latest entry from the company’s flagship franchise for gamers has been officially launched in India last night through 2 midnight events. 

The first event happened at Game The Shop in Mumbai and the second event was organized at Federation of Gamers in Delhi. The company also released a launch trailer for the game. 

The action-adventure stealth open-world AC3 will star a new protagonist named Connor and is set in Colonial America during the American Revolution. The present day is still centered on Desmond Miles. AC3 will be using a totally new engine built from the ground up called Anvil Next that promises an experience closer to next generation consoles on current generation hardware. The game will also feature an all new naval warfare section where you get to command your own naval warship. 

For those who are not aware, Assassin's Creed 3 is a historical action-adventure open world stealth video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and Microsoft Windows.

It is the fifth major installment and the third numbered title in the Assassin's Creed series. The game was released worldwide for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, beginning in North America on October 30, 2012. A Wii U and Microsoft Windows version will be released in November 2012.
