Microsoft has made an announcement about its new Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, which is themed with the upcoming video game "Tomb Raider". The company is planning to release this product as a limited edition wireless controller.

The product was displayed in Las Vegas at the recent CES held. This venture is a limited edition only of the game Xbox 360 TOMB RAIDER with a Wireless Controller. This was developed in collaboration with Microsoft, Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics.

The executives in Microsoft already stated in a press release that the artists at Crystal Dynamics have contributed much to the development of this controller. The laser-etching feature of this product is the result of that collaboration. This feature can prevent the wearing out of the controller in time to a greater extent.

The customizable D-pad is the most interesting feature of Xbox 360 Wireless Controller. It has the ability to switch from ‘plus' design to ‘disc' pattern. This provides better control for this wireless controller. The wireless range of this product is expected to be up to 30 feet. On the whole, the limited edition of Xbox 360 TOMB RAIDER features a product with advanced controls and comparatively better wireless range.

It is reported that the customers can receive a download token for TOMB RAIDER character (playable only Xbox 360) with the purchase of the limited edition of the Xbox 360 TOMB RAIDER . The controller is likely to be released next to the world wide launch of ‘Tomb Raider'. The expected price of this product is $59.99 (Rs.3,300 approx).
