Hisense Launches U7Q Mini-LED TV Series in India With AI Engine, 144Hz Gaming, and Dolby Vision Support
Hisense has introduced its latest Mini-LED TV lineup, the U7Q series, in India, combining AI-driven picture optimization, high refresh rate gaming features, and premium audio.
The TVs are now available in multiple sizes—ranging from 55 inches up to 100 inches—at a starting price of ₹59,999 across online and offline retail platforms.

AI-Powered Visual Processing for Smarter Picture and Sound
At the core of the U7Q series is the Hi-View AI Engine, Hisense’s in-house processor that adjusts display settings, audio output, and even power usage in real time.
The largest model in the lineup—the 100-inch variant—comes with the Hi-View AI Engine Pro, a more advanced version that delivers deeper optimizations for picture clarity and color fidelity.

144Hz and 165Hz Game Modes
Gaming has been a clear design priority. The standard U7Q models feature a native 144Hz refresh rate through Game Mode PRO, which is beneficial for fast-paced action and smooth camera transitions in modern games.
The top-tier 100-inch model goes even further with Game Mode Ultra, delivering 165Hz refresh rate and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support. This is a spec usually seen in high-end gaming monitors, signaling Hisense’s intent to cater to serious console and PC gamers. All models also support AMD FreeSync Premium, helping reduce screen tearing during gameplay.
Quantum Dot Color and HDR Support
Display-wise, the U7Q series combines Quantum Dot Color with Full Array Local Dimming, offering high contrast and a wider color palette. HDR10+ Adaptive and Dolby Vision IQ are both onboard, optimizing brightness and contrast on a scene-by-scene basis.
Hisense also includes an AI 4K Upscaler, allowing lower-resolution content to be rendered closer to native 4K, which could be especially useful for older streaming content or standard TV broadcasts.
Sound and Connectivity: Built-In Subwoofer and Voice Control
Audio has also received an upgrade. Every U7Q TV includes a built-in subwoofer and Dolby Atmos support for spatial sound. This setup should deliver deeper bass and a more immersive audio experience without requiring external speakers for most users.
The smart experience is handled by VIDAA OS, Hisense’s proprietary platform. It supports 28 languages—including Hindi—and comes with a stated 8-year software update promise. It’s compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and VIDAA Voice, enabling hands-free control over playback, volume, and inputs.
Pricing and Availability
The Hisense U7Q series starts at ₹59,999, with five available sizes: 55", 65", 75", 85", and 100". The TVs are already available via Amazon, Flipkart, and offline retail stores across India.
