Lumio has announced its new Vision 9 (2026) smart TV lineup in India, alongside an updated version of its Vision 7 series. The new models focus on improving performance, display quality, and everyday usability, areas where many users still face issues with lag and slow interfaces.

The Vision 9 (2026) will be available in 65-inch and 55-inch sizes, with sales starting April 24 for the larger model.

Performance And Everyday Use

One of the main talking points here is performance. Lumio is positioning the Vision 9 (2026) as a TV that avoids the usual slowdowns people experience over time.

It runs on MediaTek’s Pentonic 700 chipset, paired with 3GB RAM and faster storage. The company says this setup is designed to keep things smooth whether you’re switching between apps, streaming, or gaming.

For gaming, the TV supports 4K at 144Hz and up to 240Hz at 1080p, along with features like VRR and ALLM for lower input lag.

Display And Audio Setup

The Vision 9 (2026) uses a QD MiniLED display with Dolby Vision support and up to 800 nits peak brightness. It also includes features aimed at improving contrast and color accuracy, along with support for high refresh rates.

On the audio side, the TV comes with a 50W speaker setup that includes dual subwoofers and Dolby Atmos support. The focus here seems to be on improving bass and keeping dialogue clear during louder scenes.

Software And Smart Features

The TV runs on Android 14 and introduces Lumio’s TLDR 2.0 platform, which is designed to make content discovery easier. It includes features like trending lists, curated collections, and more refined search options.

There’s also a new initiative called Project Neo. It allows users to interact with the TV using apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram. Instead of typing on a TV remote, users can send messages or share content links, and the system translates that into actions on the TV.

Price And Availability

The 65-inch Vision 9 (2026) is priced at ₹72,999, with an effective price of ₹64,999 including offers. It will be available starting April 24 on Amazon and Flipkart. The 55-inch model is expected to go on sale in May.

Lumio has also refreshed the Vision 7 lineup. The updated models now come with more storage and a new satellite port for access to free TV channels. The 43-inch and 55-inch variants are priced at ₹29,999 and ₹39,999, respectively.
