Samsung Set to Launch Neo QLED TV Series in India: Specifications and Details

After having launched the Neo QLED 8K TV in China and other countries, Samsung is set to launch it in India on May 4. This TV comes with promising new features, with the highlight being its 8K resolution.

The TV was awarded the 'Best TV of All Time' by German AV magazine. The premium model is set to make its debut in India. Let's take a closer look.

Samsung Neo QLED TV: Launch Details

The mega launch event is set to be held at the Samsung Opera House, Bengaluru, on May 4. The company in a statement promised a 'More WOW than Ever' experience for viewers.

To watch the launch, viewers can tune in to any of the social platforms where it'll be live streamed - which include Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom India and Samsung's YouTube Channel.

The event is set to start from 11:55 a.m. IST.

Pre-orders are now open for customers. Samsung announced that customers can place early orders by paying Rs 5,000 to avail up to Rs 15,000 off on the product. This offer can be availed on Samsung's official website as well as other e-commerce platforms.

The Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV aims to strengthen the brand's pinnacle position in offering immersive 8K content. It has a 75/65-inch display, which boasts of the world's first PANTONE validation. The Quantum Matrix technology of the TV helps provide ultra-fast contrast, leading to an unparalleled viewing experience.

The Neo QLED 8K TV comes with a built-in IoT Hub with Calm Onboarding and IoT-enabled sensors, which helps easily connect other Smart devices.

Additionally, the TV comes with a Neo QLED panel coupled with the quantum matrix technology Pro display system, which is 1.5 times brighter than quantum dot matrix technology.
With bright, true colours, the TV claims to offer a holistic, premium device experience.

The in-built audio system adopts a "audio-visual tracking OTS Pro" technology. This enables the TV to conduct audio positioning and scene analysis to offer sound effects matched with what action is happening on screen.

With a sleek design and slim bezels, the TV is available in 21:9 and 32:9 aspect ratios.
