Sony Launches BRAVIA 3 II TVs in India With XR Processor and 4K 120Hz Support: Check Price and Specs
Sony has launched its new BRAVIA 3 II television lineup in India, and the company is clearly trying to bring some of its higher-end TV features into a relatively more accessible segment this time.
The new series comes with Sony’s XR Processor, 4K 120Hz support, HDMI 2.1 gaming features, Google TV, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos. Sony is also positioning the lineup heavily around console gaming and cinematic content consumption.

The TVs will roll out in multiple screen sizes, starting with 55-inch and 65-inch variants first. Larger models, including a 100-inch version, are expected later this year.
Sony Is Bringing XR Processing to a Wider Audience
The biggest talking point here is probably the XR Processor.
Until now, Sony mostly reserved its XR processing tech for more premium BRAVIA models. With the BRAVIA 3 II lineup, that feature is moving into a lower tier of the company’s portfolio.
Sony says the processor uses AI and cognitive intelligence to analyze visuals and sound in real time. Alongside that, the TVs also include XR Triluminos Pro, XR Clear Image, and Motionflow XR technologies aimed at improving colors, clarity, and motion handling.
In simpler terms, Sony is focusing on making fast-moving scenes, sports, movies, and games look smoother and cleaner without needing users to manually tweak settings constantly.
Gaming Features Are a Big Part of This TV
Sony is also leaning hard into gaming with the BRAVIA 3 II.
The TVs support 4K at 120fps through HDMI 2.1 and include features like Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). These are the same features console gamers usually look for while connecting a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X.
There’s also a dedicated Game Menu that gives users quicker access to gaming settings and assist features. Dolby Vision Gaming support is included too.
Sony says the TVs also come with PS Remote Play support and specific optimizations for the PS5 experience. Interestingly, the company has included four HDMI 2.1 ports supporting 4K 120Hz, VRR, and ALLM.
Google TV and Gemini Support Included
The BRAVIA 3 II lineup runs Google TV out of the box and supports access to over 400,000 movies and TV shows along with apps and games.
Voice control features are included as well, with support for Google Assistant, Apple AirPlay 2, Apple HomeKit, Chromecast, and Alexa-enabled devices.
Sony also says all 2026 BRAVIA models will receive Google Gemini support through a future OTA update.
