Disable Message Seen Receipt
You can disable the Seen receipt for Facebook Messages. If you are using a Chrome browser, then you can download and install the Facebook Unseen Chrome extension that will disable your messages receipts. While, for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, you can download the Chat Undetected application to disable Seen receipt.
Export Birthdays, Events To Personal Calendars
You can easily export all your friends birthdays and events on Facebook to Google Calendar, iCal or Outlook. You just need to do some tweaks in the setting to get all the details to personal calendars. Go to Events page in Facebook and copy the Birthdays and Upcoming Events link provided at the bottom of the page.
Open the Google Calendar, click on Other Calendars from the menu and add the Facebook URL.
In iCal: go to Calendar >> Subscribe and enter the URL.
