The steps to book a DTC bus ticket via WhatsApp are as follows:

1. Initiate the Service: Send 'Hi' to +918744073223 to start the service.
2. Language Preference: Select your preferred language between English or Hindi.
3. Book Ticket: Choose "Book Ticket" from the menu options.
4. Enter Details: Input your starting point, destination, and bus route number.
5. Bus Selection: Decide between AC or non-AC buses and specify the number of tickets.
6. Payment: Finalize the payment using UPI or card options.
7. Download Ticket: Click on 'Download Ticket' to receive your ticket.
