      • Choose the option ‘Files or folders’ for ‘Service receives selected’ tab and ‘Finder.app’ against the ‘in’ tab

    • Now users will have to click on ‘Library’ that is present in the Automator

    • Then in the search column, search for ‘Create Archive’

    • Now the users will have to drag the create archive on to the pane that denotes workflow

    • Alter the ‘Where’ to the ‘Public’ Dropbox folder option

    • Then the users will have to checkmark the option that denotes ‘Show this action when the workflow runs’ box

    • Save the workflow

    From now on, whenever the user wishes to compress a set of files, then they will have to;

    • Click on ‘Finder’

    • Then click on ‘SaveAsZipFile’
