How To Enable Xbox Game Streaming Feature On Windows 10 PC, Xbox App

Microsoft is just few days away from the launch of Windows 10 and the company has added game streaming feature for all Xbox One and for Windows 10 PC or tablets. Microsoft also bring in Xbox Live and some of the most popular Xbox experiences to its upcoming operating system.

The company will also rolling out new and improved features on the Xbox App on Windows 10 over the next few days, which will give a better access to gaming experience across devices.

Last month, Microsoft announced the game streaming function preview on Xbox One and now the company has expanded it to everyone who owns an Xbox One and has a PC or tablet with Windows 10 installed. The new feature will allow you to play with games library that you have built for Xbox One on your Windows 10 device.

To enable this on your Xbox One console, go to Settings >> Preferences >> Allow game streaming to other devices. Install the latest version of the Xbox app on your Windows 10 PC or tablet.

In the Xbox app on Windows 10, select Connect >> +Add a device from the menu on the left side of the app, then select your Xbox One console. Attach a wired Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller you Windows 10 PC or tablet. Then, go to Home >> Recently Played to select an Xbox One game and then select Play from Console to start your streaming session.

Microsoft has also mentioned a simple way to select Xbox One console. Open Xbox app on Windows 10 device, go to Home and select Game Streaming in the app to take full control of your Xbox One console from your Windows 10 device.

Microsoft has ramped more gaming and social features on the Xbox app on Windows 10. The app provides better ways to access your gaming world and connect with your friends and the Xbox Live community.

The new Party Chat feature enables you to start a party chat with your Xbox friends across Xbox One and the Xbox App on Windows 10. You just need to press the add (+) button to invite friends.

The app will automatically add your number of older non-Windows store PC games to your game collection within the Xbox app.

If the game is not automatically added, you can manually add it to your collection by selecting My Games >> Add a game from yoru PC.

Share with your friends feature allows you to upload your local game clips and screenshots for Windows store games to your shared collection on Xbox Live.

Go to, Game DVR >> On this PC >> Share, to upload your local chip and screenshots.

You can also capture game clips and screenshots for non-Windows Store games and access them via: Game DVR >> On this PC >> Open Folder.
