Getting Started

Click Microsoft Exchange.

Entering Account Information

The domain field which appears in the e-mail field should be left blank.

The user name should be the complete e-mail address.

Enter the password.

Click the Next button that is present at the top of your screen.

Users should press the cancel button if they receive message stating Unable to verify Certificate.

Once the server field appears, enter m.google.com.

Click the Next button again that is present next to the Exchange title.

Enabling Mail and Calendar

For syncing of the Google services, both the Mail and Calendar has to be turned on.

In Google Calendar settings, New Invitations has to be enabled.

New Invitations can be enabled by following the corresponding navigations that includes;

Sign in to Google Calendar.

Go to Calendar settings.

Click Calendars.

Select Notifications.

Check mark New Invitations under the e-mail.

Finally Click Save.

Users will have to select Keep on My iPhone if the user does not want to delete the existing contacts.

If the user only needs to sync the My Contacts Group, choose the Delete existing Contacts at the time of Google sync installation when prompted.

All Contacts group will be synced if there are no contacts in your iOS device.
