OnePlus Brings Zomato and Blinkit Widgets to Shelf for Indian Users: How to Use Them
OnePlus has enhanced its Shelf widget space on OxygenOS by integrating Zomato and Blinkit widgets, catering specifically to Indian users. The feature, introduced with OxygenOS 15, allows users to seamlessly order food and groceries directly from their device's Shelf, adding convenience to day-to-day activities.

Zomato and Blinkit on the Shelf:
The announcement came from Ramagopala Reddy, Vice President at OnePlus, through the OnePlus India Community Forum. As an India-exclusive feature, the new widgets are designed to streamline access to essential services.
Users can choose between two widget sizes-a compact 2×2 option or a larger stacked widget that allows swiping between Zomato and Blinkit. Interestingly, the widgets display placeholder recommendations based on the user's location, even if the corresponding apps aren't installed.
How to Enable Zomato and Blinkit Widgets on OxygenOS
To utilize these widgets, your OnePlus device must be running OxygenOS 15. However, the feature is being rolled out gradually (as confirmed by 91Mobiles).
Here's how to enable and use the widgets:
Access the Shelf:
- Swipe down from the home screen to open the Shelf.
- If Shelf isn't enabled, long-press the home screen, tap on "More," go to Homescreen & Lock Screen settings, and set "Swipe down on the Home screen" to Shelf.
- Add the Widgets:
- Tap the Plus (+) button at the top-left corner of the Shelf.
- Search for the Zomato and Blinkit widgets or scroll down to find them.
- Select Widget Sizes:
- Add the 2×2 Zomato or Blinkit widget, or choose the long-form Zomato widget, which includes Blinkit.
- Add and Use the Widgets:
- Press the Add button to include them in the Shelf.
- For the best experience, ensure you have the respective apps installed, signed in, and granted location permissions.
Once added, these widgets provide dynamic updates and shortcuts to Zomato and Blinkit services, allowing users to browse recommendations or access the apps directly with a tap.
