Step 1. Download IP webcam from Google Play Store and install it.
Step 2. Open it and configure the settings like video resolution, video quality.
Step 3. Ensure both devices are on same network/same wifi.
Step 4. Click on start server. This option will automatically download a file for video coder. Once done your mobile camera will be open automatically.

Step 5. Note that on your phone, there will be a URL and IP address.
Step 6. Type the same IP address on your desktop as 'http:/....'
Step 7. Once inserted one dashboard will be open on your desktop where you can make the settings. Such as whether you want to record video, or make calls, or you can change the zoom, or video streaming quality, swap camera (front or back).
Step 8. That's all! This way you can do a live streaming from your smartphone directly.
