Last year, Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg has unveiled the 360-degree video concept at the annual F8 Facebook developer conference. Nowadays, the 360-degree videos and 360-degree photos are gaining popularity among the masses in the social networking sites.
Recently, the Facebook is also pushing for it by encouraging the people to upload the 360-degree content. Moreover, the Facebook has also released the Slideshow features to turn your photos into videos as well. In the same month, they also announced the ability to share 360-degree photos to your timeline.
However, you cannot take the 360--degree photos from Facebook as of now (maybe in future you can), but there are lots of third party apps available or else the panoramic option in your smartphone.
Meanwhile, we show you how to take and upload the 360-degree photos to your Facebook account via Google app Street view.
Step 1: After installation, open the app and tap on the yellowish circular button that says camera on the right bottom of your display
Step 2: Now allow the app to access your camera, and locations.
Step 3: Stand still in one place and move your camera in such a way that the orange circle is within the main white circle. Once you finish, the image will be stored automatically. Now move a little bit and start taking the next picture with the same process.
Step 4: Just follow the instruction so that your camera covers the whole space around you.
Step 5: As you take the 360-degree photos, the progress will be shown, where the outer layer of the white circle will be covered by an orange border gradually.
Step 6: Once you finish capturing, the orange circle will turn green denoting the completion of the process. Now the image will be automatically stored in your gallery app.
