Open Your Browser

Start open the browser where you want to download the file from. Search for the videos, files, images or anything else that you wish to download.

Change Settings

To simply change the download option in a laptop, all one needs to do is change the settings as per the requirement.

After opening the browser, go to the top right column and click on settings. There will appear a list of options to do several other things like opening new tab and others.

Click on Show Advanced Settings

From the list, you need to scroll down and click on 'show advanced' settings option. Click on the '+' sign that appears towards the right of the option.

Adjust the Download Settings

After clicking, there will appear another drop down list. Check the download list and adjust the settings there by putting in the download location in the place of the default location.
