Akash Ambani commented on the new feature's capabilities and potential impact, stating, "Jio Phonecall AI can record and store any call in Jio Cloud and automatically transcribe it, which means automatically convert it from voice to text."

The JioPhonecall AI service allows users to securely record phone calls and store them in the Jio Cloud. This feature also provides real-time voice-to-text conversion. Additionally, it summarises lengthy conversations to help users quickly grasp the main points of any discussion.

Moreover, this AI-powered service can translate calls across various languages. Users can store all related data, including call recordings, transcripts, and summaries, in the JioCloud.

How to Use JioPhonecall AI

Step 1: To use this, you have to add the JioPhonecall AI number-1-800-732673-during the ongoing call. Then press #1 to start recording and transcribing the call.

Step 2: During the conversation, JioPhonecall AI listens and converts spoken words into text. Users can pause transcription by pressing #2 and resume by pressing #1. To end the process, users can press #3.

This new feature aims to enhance user experience by providing seamless recording and transcription services. Moreover, as part of Jio's Welcome Offer, users will receive 100GB of free cloud storage. This storage can also be used for photos, videos, and documents.
