LG G5: 5 Little-known Tips and Tricks That Could Affect Your Usage!
LG has launched its first modular smartphone, dubbed as G5 in India exclusively on Flipkart at a price of Rs. 52,990. Weighing just 159 g, the LG G5 sports a sleek and slim metal alloy body with 3D arc glass on the top with slide out swappable battery. The main highlights of the device is the modular system and accessories called LG Friends. These modules including LG Cam Plus, LG 360 CAM and LG 360 VR are attached to the smartphone in order to enhance the smartphones performance.
Talking about the display, LG G5 flaunts a 5.3-inch QHD display with maximum brightness of 850 nits and 554 ppi. In terms of processor, the LG flagship is powered by a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC with Adreno 530 as GPU. Further, it is clubbed with 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM and can be expandable up to 200GB via microSD card slots.

When it comes to the optics front, this device sports a dual camera setup on the rear offering both standard and wide angle lens. In terms of specifications, the LG G5 has 16MP main camera capable of recording 4K videos along with an 8MP secondary camera with wide angle lens.
The selfies can be clicked by an 8MP camera on the front. Talking about the software, the LG G5 is shipped with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, with LG Optimus UX 5.0 custom UI on top of it.

Fed up with fingerprint scanner?
LG has introduced its 'Knock Code' to secure your access by tapping a personalized pattern anywhere on the screen. In case if you are fed up with the fingerprint sensor, you can try this method. All you need to do is to, Go to Settings > Display > Lock Screen, and then Select Screen Lock. Tap Knock Code from the list.
Then tap Next to see an example of how Knock Code works. Tap Next to set up your code. Now you are set!
Remove the default toggle that aren't useful
In case, if you find the default toggle aren't useful to you, LG G5 offers you the option to change it. All you need to do is to simply tap the pencil icon on the top right of the toggle to enter the editing mode. Then drag the icon or options you want to keep it in the notification panel.
It's Yours!
Like all other Android smartphones, LG G5 has some capacitive buttons on the bottom of the screen for navigation. Now you can customize the buttons by going to Settings > Display > Home touch buttons > Button combination. Now drag and tap them to change it.
Show your signature!
Like Galaxy S7, the LG G5 also has the Always On screen despite having the LCD display. Now you can edit the display or show your signature. All you need to do is Go to Settings > Display > Always-on Display. Then, select 'Set what to show'. Select the Signature option. Now modify the text along with the font you want.
Ditch the static wallpaper
Are you bored with the usual wallpaper? Then it's time to move ahead with 360 degrees! Yes! You can choose the 360 degree wallpaper on your LG G5. All you need to is to, Long press the home screen > Home screen setting > Wallpaper > Live Wallpapers > Select 360 wallpaper.
However, there are only two loaded images on the G5 from the factory. Once applied, move your phone around and see the entire picture. In case if you want to scroll it manually, you can do it by toggling the Gesture scroll.
