BenQ Showcases Enterprise Displays at InfoComm India 2026: Revolutionizing Hybrid Workspaces And Boardrooms

BenQ used InfoComm India 2026 to push a broader enterprise pitch: office displays are no longer just screens for presentations. The company’s latest portfolio is aimed at hybrid workplaces where senior teams, large employee groups and individual desk users all need better tools for video meetings, content sharing and visual comfort.

The showcase reflects a wider shift in enterprise AV spending. As Indian companies continue to work across offices, homes and regional hubs, meeting rooms are often overbooked while smaller discussions happen around laptops. BenQ’s new line-up tries to address that gap with products designed for executive cabins, large halls and multi-screen workstations.

BenQ Board CP5505 targets executive hybrid meetings

The centrepiece of BenQ’s enterprise display portfolio was the BenQ Board CP5505, a 55-inch interactive display built for CXO cabins and private executive rooms. The idea is to reduce dependence on shared conference rooms for short but important discussions that still need a proper hybrid meeting setup.

The CP5505 combines video conferencing, document access and cloud-based workflows in one unit. BenQ says the display supports speaker tracking and room-sensing features, helping remote participants follow conversations more clearly. Personalised user authentication is designed to bring up relevant files and applications when an authorised user approaches the device.

The board also includes software features for automated meeting transcription and summaries. These tools are increasingly important in distributed teams, where decisions may involve people joining from different cities or time zones. For companies, the value lies not only in running the meeting, but also in preserving action points and context afterwards.

BenQ is also positioning the CP5505 for detail-focused use cases. The panel comes with Pantone-validated colour accuracy and high-contrast rendering, which may be relevant for teams working in design, legal documentation, healthcare discussions or other settings where visual precision matters. Google Assistant integration and AI summary tools add another layer of meeting support.

Rajeev Singh, Managing Director, BenQ India and South Asia, said the product responds to a common office problem. “If you walk into any office today, you'll most definitely find two or three people crowded around a laptop for a call that should have taken a proper room, because the proper rooms are all booked. That's not a technology gap, it's a real estate problem we've been solving with the wrong tool.”

He added, “The CP5505 puts a genuine hybrid meeting setup directly into the CXO's own cabin, so the boardroom stays free for what actually needs it. That's the idea we wanted to lead with this year at InfoComm with our entire enterprise lineup.”

Large-format dvLED Display for Enterprise Venues

For bigger enterprise spaces, BenQ presented a 135-inch direct-view LED display. The company is targeting this screen at town halls, auditoriums, broadcast rooms and leadership communication spaces where standard meeting-room displays may not offer enough scale or legibility for large audiences.

The dvLED panel supports 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, which is used for high-quality video and broadcast-style output. Its seamless large-format design is meant for long-distance viewing, making it more suitable for high-capacity corporate presentations, internal events and executive addresses where visual clarity matters across the room.

Desk Lighting Expands BenQ’s Workplace Focus

BenQ also previewed two desk-level lighting products for India, signalling that its enterprise strategy is not limited to meeting rooms. The iScreenBar is designed specifically for Apple iMac systems and uses the company’s ASYM-Light optical structure to illuminate the desk without adding screen glare.

The ScreenBar Max is aimed at more complex workstation setups, including dual-monitor, vertical, horizontal and curved display arrangements. It uses an ASYM-TriZone Light optical design to spread light across a controlled triangular area, helping users maintain desk visibility without washing out the screens in front of them.

Together, the products fit BenQ’s “AI for the Future Workspace” positioning, which combines displays, software intelligence and ergonomics. For Indian enterprises, the larger message is clear: hybrid work infrastructure is moving beyond webcams and laptops. Vendors now want to own the full visual layer of the workplace, from executive calls to employee desks.
