Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop With AMD Ryzen 7000 Series CPU Launched in India

Acer has launched the new Nitro 5 gaming laptop in India. The laptop is reported to be the country's first laptop to feature the AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPU. The processor is paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU and supports up to 32GB of RAM.

The Acer Nitro 5 features a 15.6-inch IPS display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The screen has a refresh rate of 165Hz and a response time of 3ms.

The laptop is equipped with the new AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor. The octa-core CPU features a turbo clock speed of 4.55GHz. The processor is coupled with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU with 4GB of dedicated GDDR6 VRAM.

In addition, the laptop gets dual-channel 8GB DDR5 SDRAM. The existing memory can be further expanded up to 32GB. Acer's latest laptop supports 512GB PCIe Gen4 SSD.

Since gaming laptops are prone to overheating, the Nitro 5 gets a dual-fan cooling system. It comprises intakes at the top and bottom, supplemented by four exhaust vents. The laptop features Nitro Sense, which monitors the laptop's temperature, power usage, and performance.

As for the battery, the Nitro 5 packs a 57.5Wh four-cell Li-ion battery. The company claims that the laptop can last for up to eight hours.

Connectivity options include support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. The laptop includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB Type-C port, and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port. It also has a built-in webcam with a resolution of 1280 x 720. It can record 720p HD videos at 30fps.

The Acer Nitro 5 features an RGB-backlit keyboard. For audio, the laptop is equipped with dual 2W speakers that support DTS:X Ultra and 3D spatial soundscape. Additionally, it boots Windows 11 out of the box.

The Acer Nitro 5 is priced at ₹79,990 for the model with the Ryzen 5 7535HS CPU. Meanwhile, the version with the Ryzen 7 7735HS processor costs ₹89,999. The laptop can be purchased from Flipkart, Acer exclusive stores, and the Acer E-store.
