Acer Launches TravelLite Essential Laptop Series in India Starting at ₹32,999

Acer has launched a new line of lightweight laptops in India aimed at professionals who spend more time on the move than at their desks. The TravelLite Essential Series balances portability, durability, and productivity at a price that stays within reach for most buyers.

Built for Portability

At just 1.34 kg, the TravelLite Essential feels easy to carry without cutting corners on durability. The series comes in two variants—one powered by Intel’s 13th Gen Core i5-1334U and another by AMD’s Ryzen 5 7430U. Both run Windows 11 Home and feature a 14-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare display with an 82% screen-to-body ratio. Acer has also included a 180° hinge, which means the screen can be laid flat for collaborative work or more flexible viewing.

Everyday Productivity Features

Battery life is rated at up to 8.5 hours thanks to a 36Whr 3-cell Li-ion unit, with support for 45W fast charging. While that’s not marathon territory, it should get most professionals through a typical workday. For collaboration, you get an HD webcam with a privacy shutter, dual stereo speakers, and a full set of ports: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, HDMI, USB 3.2 Type-A and Type-C, RJ45 LAN, a microSD slot, and a 2-in-1 audio jack.
