ASUS Launches Vivobook 14, Vivobook 15 With Intel's New Core Series 3 Chips: Check Price, Specs

ASUS has launched the new Vivobook 14 (X1404MA) and Vivobook 15 (X1504MA) in India, marking the country's first laptops built on Intel's Core 7 Series 3 processor. Both models come with a dedicated NPU rated up to 17 TOPS, positioning them as ASUS's attempt to bring on-device AI features to more mainstream, everyday laptops rather than just premium ones.

Price and Availability

The Vivobook 15 (X1504MA) starts at Rs 75,990 and is available now across ASUS Exclusive Stores, Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, ASUS eShop, Amazon, Flipkart, and other authorized retailers, with No Cost EMI starting at Rs 5,066 a month.

The Vivobook 14 (X1404MA) starts at Rs 1,07,990, arriving on July 26 through ASUS Exclusive Stores, ASUS eShop, and authorized retail partners, with No Cost EMI starting at Rs 7,199 a month. ASUS is also offering Low-Cost EMI options with repayment tenures up to 24 months.

What's Actually New

ASUS is positioning both laptops as "AI PCs," built around the Intel Core 7 Series 3 processor's on-device AI processing, meant to handle things like video calls, content creation, and multitasking more efficiently without leaning as heavily on cloud processing.

Beyond the chip, ASUS has bundled in a few practical touches: an HD camera with a physical webcam shield for quick privacy when the camera's not in use, an integrated fingerprint sensor for password-free logins, and a durability build meeting US MIL-STD-810H military-grade standards. Both laptops also get a 180-degree lay-flat hinge, aimed at easier screen-sharing and collaboration.

Display and Audio

Both models feature a Full HD IPS display with an 84 percent screen-to-body ratio and TÜV Rheinland-certified eye care technology to reduce strain during longer sessions. Audio is handled through ASUS's SonicMaster tuning, paired with a built-in array microphone.

Colours and Design

The new Vivobook lineup comes in three colour options as part of ASUS's "Your Vibe, Your Colour" campaign: Terra Cotta, Quiet Blue, and Cool Silver.

Both laptops ship with lifetime access to Microsoft Office Home 2024 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), along with 100GB of OneDrive cloud storage valid for one year.
