ASUS Vivobook 14 Copilot+ PC Launched in India with Snapdragon X Chip and On-Device AI Computing

ASUS has introduced the Vivobook 14 (X1407QA) in India, enhancing its AI PC range. This laptop weighs 1.49 kg and is 1.79 cm thick, showcasing MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability. It features a 14-inch Full HD+ display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, certified by TÜV Rheinland to minimise blue light and flicker. The display also offers a 180° hinge for versatile positioning.

The Vivobook 14 is equipped with a Snapdragon X processor, featuring a 45 TOPS NPU for handling AI-driven tasks like Copilot access and image generation. It supports up to 8448 MHz LPDDR5x RAM and includes a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD for storage needs. ASUS claims the battery can last up to 29 hours on one charge.

Security and Connectivity Features

For security, the laptop includes an FHD IR camera with Windows Hello login, a privacy shutter, the Pluton chip, and Passkeys. Connectivity options include HDMI 2.1, dual USB 4.0 Type-C ports, additional I/O ports, a backlit ErgoSense keyboard, and a gesture-supporting touchpad.
