CES 2024: Acer Aspire Vero, Aspire Go Laptops Launched with Dedicated Co-pilot Key
Acer made a significant splash at the CES 2024 event with the introduction of their new range of laptops powered by Intel Core Ultra chipsets. Among the highlights is the much-anticipated 2024 Acer Aspire Vero 16, featuring the cutting-edge Intel Core Ultra chipset.
This device is set to elevate the computing experience with its innovative dedicated co-pilot key, a unique addition that replaces the secondary Windows key on the keyboard. In addition to the Aspire Vero 16, Acer also unveiled the 2024 Acer Aspire Go series, which includes the Aspire Go 15, Aspire Go 14 (Intel), and Aspire Go 14 (AMD).

Acer Aspire Vero 16, Aspire Go Series: Pricing and Availability
The Acer Aspire Vero 16 (AV16-51P) is set to make its debut in the market with an attractive starting price of USD 749.99 (roughly Rs 62,370). Consumers in the North American region can expect its availability starting April, while the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region will see its launch in March.
The Aspire Vero 16's price point in the EMEA region will start at EUR 1,199 (roughly Rs 1,09,100). The Acer Aspire Go 15 (AG15-31P) will be released in North America in February, starting at USD 249.99 (roughly Rs 20,800), and similarly priced for its February debut in the EMEA region at EUR 549 (roughly Rs 49,970).
The Acer Aspire Go 14 Intel (AG14-31P) will be available from March at USD 249.99 in North America and from March in the EMEA region at EUR 549. Lastly, the AMD version of the Aspire 14 (AG14-21P) will launch in March at USD 379.99 (roughly Rs 31,600) in North America and EUR 649 (roughly Rs 59,050) in the EMEA regions.
Technical Specifications of Acer's New Laptops
The Acer Aspire Vero 16 boasts impressive specifications that include a 16-inch WQXGA display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 100% sRGB color gamut, with an optional touch screen feature. Powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor with Intel Boost AI, this laptop runs on Windows 11 and comes with a QHD webcam enhanced with Acer PurifiedView AI.
The device is equipped with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD for storage. Its battery life can last up to 10.5 hours, and it offers a variety of connectivity options including Intel Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth LE Audio.
The chassis is made of 60% recycled plastic, and the laptop includes ports such as USB Type-C, HDMI 2.1, USB Type A, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a TPM lock. The Acer Aspire Go 15 and Aspire Go 14 (both Intel and AMD versions) also come with notable features.
These include a 15.6-inch or 14-inch IPS LCD display with WUXGA resolution and Acer BlueLightShield technology, Windows 11 OS, up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 3 SSD storage. They offer Intel Wi-Fi 6 and Intel Bluetooth LE Audio connectivity options and share a similar array of ports as the Aspire Vero 16.
