Dell has launched a new laptop in India called the Dell 15, and it’s clearly leaning into AI as a core part of the experience. The device is positioned as an everyday machine for students, professionals, and general users who want something reliable with a few modern additions.

Performance And AI Capabilities

The Dell 15 is powered by Intel Core Ultra 2 series H processors, based on Arrow Lake architecture. It also comes with integrated Intel Arc graphics and a dedicated NPU to handle AI-related tasks directly on the device.

This setup is meant to help with things like video calls, document work, and multitasking without putting too much pressure on battery life. There’s also a dedicated Copilot key, which gives quick access to AI tools in Windows 11 for tasks like summarizing content or managing workflows.

Display And Everyday Use

The laptop features a 15-inch Full HD display with up to 300 nits of brightness. It uses a narrow bezel design and includes an anti-glare coating, which should help in different lighting conditions. Dell has also added ComfortView software to reduce blue light exposure during longer usage.

For calls and meetings, you get an HD webcam, built-in microphones, and AI-based noise reduction. These are small additions, but they make a difference if you’re regularly on video calls.

On the battery side, the device supports ExpressCharge, which can take it up to 80 percent in about an hour under the right conditions.

The Dell 15 starts at Rs 69,699 in India. It will be available through Dell’s website, large-format retail stores, and multi-brand outlets.
