Dell Brings AI-Ready Pro and Pro Max PCs to India With Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm Options

Dell Technologies has introduced a new range of AI-focused laptops and desktops in India under its Pro and Pro Max series.

The lineup supports a mix of hardware platforms, including Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm, giving businesses and professionals the flexibility to choose the configuration that best fits their needs.

Dell Launches Pro and Pro Max AI PCs in India for Professionals

Different Machines for Different Users

The Pro series is designed for professionals who need portability and reliability for everyday tasks. In contrast, the Pro Max range targets users working on more intensive workloads like video rendering, 3D design, or AI model development.

Depending on the model, users can choose between Intel Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7000/8000 Series processors. Dell is also continuing with Snapdragon Copilot+ models, first introduced in 2024, which bring built-in AI features and battery efficiency.

Laptop sizes vary between 13, 14, and 16 inches. Some models feature lightweight builds using recycled aluminum and magnesium, catering to professionals who are often on the move.

Local AI Development Tools Included

One of the key additions to this launch is Dell Pro AI Studio, a software toolkit aimed at developers and IT administrators. It allows AI models to be developed and deployed directly on these machines, without always relying on the cloud. Dell claims this can shorten deployment timelines significantly, which could appeal to businesses building in-house AI solutions.

Updates to Desktops and Displays

Alongside the laptops, Dell has updated its desktop lineup with micro, slim, and tower models, offering the same processor options. These are designed for workplaces that need more power in a fixed setup. Dell’s UltraSharp monitors now come with IPS Black panels, higher contrast ratios, and better eye comfort features, which may benefit users who spend long hours at their desks.

Pricing and Availability

The new lineup starts at around ₹74,849 for the AMD-powered Dell Pro 14. Higher-end models, such as the Intel-based Pro 14 Premium, go up to ₹1,96,307. Desktop models start at approximately ₹53,000. All products will be available via Dell's official website and retail partners.
