Gigabyte AORUS 16X, G6X AI Gaming Laptops Launched in India: Check Price, Specs, Availability

Gigabyte recently dropped the AORUS 16X and Gigabyte G6X, a series of next-generation AI Gaming Laptops designed to handle generative AI workloads efficiently. These laptops stand out by running over 20 times faster on generative AI workflows compared to those lacking a discrete GPU.

The pricing of the new Gigabyte laptops ranges from Rs 96,999 to Rs 1,89,999. These laptops are set to be available from July in both online and offline retail stores nationwide.

Gigabyte AORUS 16X Specifications, Features

The AORUS 16X, a highlight in Gigabyte's latest range, is outfitted with Gigabyte AI Nexus technology, which boosts both gaming performance and power management, particularly for generative AI applications. The AORUS 16X is powered by the Intel Core 14th Gen HX processors.

Noteworthy features include its 4-sided Super-slim Bezel design, which enhances the visual experience that's further elevated by Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. It's also designed with user comfort in mind, boasting both the TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort Certification and Pantone Validated color accuracy certification.

This laptop will come in two variants, featuring different combinations of Intel Core processors (up to a Core i9-14900HX and NVIDIA GeForce RTX Laptop GPUs (up to RTX 4070), ensuring top-tier performance alongside the latest WiFi7 technology for fast internet speeds.

Gigabyte G6X Specifications, Features

In contrast, the Gigabyte G6X focuses on delivering a seamless experience for both gaming and professional creative applications. It incorporates Microsoft & AI assistant, CoPilot, to streamline tasks and boost productivity.

The laptop's design features a unique 4-sided Slim Bezel, providing a 90% screen-to-body ratio for an immersive viewing experience, complemented by Dolby Atmos. The G6X will be available in two versions, each equipped with an Intel Core i7-13650HX Processor but different NVIDIA GeForce RTX Laptop GPUs (up to RTX 4050).

Gigabyte's partnership with NVIDIA has also been a key move towards reinforcing its position in the AI PC market. By incorporating NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPUs in every AI laptop, Gigabyte ensures access to advanced features such as ACE NIM, Ray Tracing, Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), and powerful Tensor Cores.

These features are instrumental in delivering lifelike visuals and superior AI learning capabilities, aligning with the model-based approaches discussed by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang at COMPUTEX 2024.
