HP OmniBook Ultra 14, OmniBook X, and OmniBook 5 (2026) Launched in India with Intel and Snapdragon Processors

HP has refreshed its premium OmniBook laptop lineup in India with the launch of the new HP OmniBook 5 (2026), OmniBook X (2026), and OmniBook Ultra 14 (2026). The latest models arrive with Intel Core Ultra processors and Qualcomm Snapdragon X series chip options, alongside upgraded AI-focused capabilities. HP claims the refreshed OmniBook series can deliver up to 80 TOPS of AI performance, targeting productivity, creativity, and next-generation Copilot+ PC experiences.

The new laptops are now available through the HP online store, while select variants are also being sold through HP World offline retail outlets across India.

HP OmniBook 5 (2026): Price, Features, Specifications

The HP OmniBook 5 (2026) is the most affordable model in the refreshed lineup, starting at Rs. 1,24,999 in India. The laptop is offered in Meteor Silver and Sahara Silver colour options.

The OmniBook 5 (2026) features a 14-inch 2K OLED display with a 1,920 x 1,200 pixel resolution, up to 300 nits peak brightness, and a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio. HP also offers an optional touchscreen variant.

Powering the laptop is up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor with an octa-core CPU. HP claims the integrated NPU can deliver up to 49 TOPS of AI performance. The laptop also includes up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 support. The laptop packs up to a 59Wh battery, which HP claims can deliver up to 21.5 hours of battery life. It also supports 65W fast charging, with the company claiming up to 50 percent charge in around 30 minutes.

The OmniBook 5 (2026) includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB Type-A ports, and one HDMI port. It measures 13.6mm in thickness and weighs approximately 1.33kg. HP has also included a backlit keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key and a touchpad with gesture controls.

The flagship HP OmniBook Ultra 14 (2026) is available in both Intel Core Ultra and Qualcomm Snapdragon X series configurations.

The Snapdragon-powered variant starts at Rs. 1,89,999 and comes in a Stone Blue colour option. Meanwhile, the Intel Core Ultra version starts at Rs. 2,14,999 and is available in Eclipse Gray and Silk Sand finishes.

The laptop can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 356H processor featuring a 16-core CPU. HP says the integrated NPU can deliver up to 50 TOPS of AI performance. The OmniBook Ultra 14 (2026) ships with Windows 11, up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

For cooling, HP has equipped the laptop with a vapour chamber thermal solution paired with dual fans. It sports a 14-inch 3K OLED touchscreen display with up to 500 nits peak brightness, a variable refresh rate ranging from 30Hz to 120Hz, and a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio.

The OmniBook Ultra 14 (2026) packs a 70Wh battery with 65W fast charging support. HP claims the laptop can deliver up to 22.75 hours of battery life and charge up to 50 percent in around 45 minutes.

Additional features include a Latticeless keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key, a Waterfall haptic touchpad, a 5-megapixel IR webcam for video calls, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 connectivity.

HP OmniBook X (2026): Price, Availability

The HP OmniBook X (2026) sits above the OmniBook 5 in the lineup and starts at Rs. 1,69,999 in India. The laptop is available in a single Atmospheric Blue colour option through HP's online and offline retail channels.

While HP has not revealed the complete specifications in detail, the OmniBook X (2026) is positioned as a premium AI-focused productivity laptop powered by Intel Core Ultra processors.
