The Galaxy Book 5 Pro comes in two sizes: 14-inch and 16-inch. It boasts a Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with QHD+ resolution, a 120Hz variable refresh rate with an anti-reflective coating and Vision Booster feature. Powered by Intel's Core Ultra Processor Series 2 (Lunar Lake), it includes a neural processing unit (NPU) capable of up to 47 trillion operations per second.

Running Windows 11, it also includes Galaxy AI and Microsoft Copilot+ features. The Galaxy Book 5 Pro also allows users to highlight parts of the screen for web searches. The NPU enables Optical Character Recognition (OCR), allowing users to select text from images or scan QR codes by circling them. It includes a Photo Remaster feature that can enhance old images into high-definition resolution.
