The Galaxy Book6 Ultra includes an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU aimed at video editing, gaming and AI image creation. Across the Galaxy Book6 series, Samsung claims support for up to 16 CPU cores. The company states CPU performance improves by more than 60 percent compared with earlier Galaxy Book models.
Cooling has been upgraded on the Galaxy Book6 series through a larger vapor chamber and revised airflow design. Samsung says thermal performance improves by up to 35 percent over the previous generation. The Galaxy Book6 Ultra also features a dual-path fan system, designed to keep temperatures under control during heavy workloads.

Display technology differs across the Galaxy Book6 series. Galaxy Book6 Pro and Galaxy Book6 Ultra use Dynamic AMOLED 2X screens. These panels reach up to 1000 nits HDR brightness and support adaptive refresh rates between 30Hz and 120Hz. The regular Galaxy Book6 is equipped with a WUXGA IPS display instead of AMOLED.
