Lava O2: Overview

The Lava O2 is the latest budget-friendly phone from the homegrown brand. The smartphone is priced at Rs 8,499 and is offered in three distinct colour variants namely - Royal Gold, Majestic Purple, and Imperial Green. In terms of features, the phone has a 6.5-inch display with an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. 

The device is powered by the Unisoc T616 octa-core processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Lava O2 also supports 8GB virtual RAM and ships with Android 13 OS. Lava promises to provide two years of security updates for the new phone. 

The Lava O2 packs a 5,000 mAh battery unit with 18W fast charging support. For imaging, the phone has a 50MP dual rear camera setup and an 8MP selfie camera sensor housed in a punch-hole cutout. The device also supports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature.
