Motorola Edge 50 Fusion: Overview
The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is the brand's latest Edge series phone that falls into the sub-25K smartphone segment. The smartphone has a 6.7-inch curved pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1,600 nits and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The Edge 50 Fusion is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The phone also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support. For imaging, there is a 50MP Sony LYTIA-700C primary sensor with OIS and a 13MP ultrawide lens that doubles as a macro camera. Up front, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion gets a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture.
On the software front, the phone runs Android 14-based Hello UX on top with Motorola promising three years of OS updates and four years of regular security patches with the Edge 50 Fusion. The handset also comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Moreover, the phone has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
In terms of pricing, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion price starts at Rs 22,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model, while the 12GB/256GB configuration will cost you Rs 24,999. It is offered in Forest Blue, Hot Pink, and Marshmallow Blue colour options in India.
