The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor coupled with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage.

The Samsung Galaxy M05 has a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor at the rear panel. Upfront, it opts for an 8MP front-facing camera. Running Android 14 OS, the Galaxy M05 packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. The phone also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm audio jack.
