More and more tech vendors are coming up with mid-end devices to stay competitive. It wasn't expected from BlackBerry, who recently launched BB Q5 , a mid-level device powered by BB 10 OS in India. Of course, the low-end Curve series still exists simultaneously. Call it as a failure of BlackBerry Z10 or changing market demand, Indian handset market is totally different from mature markets like US, among others.
Take for instance, HTC, who always price its handsets, a little higher than competition. However, this time around the makers have come up with HTC Desire 600, company's most affordable mid-ranged Android powered smartphone with dual-SIM and HTC BoomSound like features. Same can be said with Japanese giant Sony.
