Airfone AF 155 Coming Soon

Airfone Mobiles is a relatively new entrant in the Indian mobile scenario but they have found quite a good customer base in India with their phones doing pretty good sales in the Indian entry level market where there is fierce competition from the likes of both global and domestic home grown players. The company offers good sales and service backup for its customers and has thus established a good name in the market.

The company offers a wide array of multimedia phones and it is interesting to note that all their phone come with MP3 support, Memory card support and FM radio.

The company has announced its latest offering christened Airfone AF 155 which will go on sale very soon. Airfone AF 155 is a bar design new airfone mobile phone that looks very sleek and trendy.

The phone is capable of dual sim support with dual sim standby and also packs in a good user interface courtesy of its proprietary Java based Operating Platform. The company claims that Airfone AF 155 is a small phone with big features.

This new airfone mobile phone has multimedia support with ability to play MP3 audio files with good sound via its superb speakers and bundled headsets. The phone also has the ability to provide video playback in 3GP format which will be very handy for modern youngsters who use their phones for watching video clips often.

AF 155 surprisingly offers a good clarity digital VGA camera that takes snaps with a very good resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The camera also provides video recording facility in addition to providing digital zoom functionality.

You can browse the internet on this new mobile phone via its basic HTML web browser and accessing internet on the go is not a problem with Airfone AF 155 being equipped with GPRS support.

The phone has Bluetooth and USB PC connectivity that makes it very easy to transfer files between your phone and other Bluetooth enabled devices and also between your phone and your computer.

The phone has a decent internal memory and offers external memory expansion via a Micro SD slot that can support up to 4GB of memory.

The price of the phone has not been announced yet by Airfone but we expect the phone to be priced at approximately Rs 3400. Airfone AF 155 will face tough competition in this price category from established players like Micromax, Maxx mobiles, Spice, Intex and many more. But we will have to wait and see how the phone fares then.
