The Alcatel One Touch IDOL X+ sports a 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touch screen, while rendering 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. Also, the device's overall dimensions measure up to 140.4 x 69.1 x 7.9 mm. The device weighs in at 130 grams.

The Panasonic P81, on the other hand, comes with a similar 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, although with a lesser 720 x 1280 pixels resolution.

Barring the prices of both the devices, there's not much to choose from between the Alcatel One Touch IDOL X+ and the Panasonic P81. Both the devices even generate power via octa core processors, even though the prices are different.

But when taken into consideration the present scenario, we are guessing that the Panasonic P81 will be the better choice between the two. Not only is the device offering lesser price, but it's also offering extendable memory. And that's quite the deal for Indian customers.
