Alcatel OneTouch Hero 2+ with Cyanogen OS, 2GB RAM Announced
Alcatel One Touch has introduced a variant of Hero 2, in collaboration with Cyanogen. Dubbed as Alcatel One Touch Hero 2+, it runs on Cyanogen OS and comes with integrated stylus pen and has a optimized handwriting recognition.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 2+ - Key Specifications
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 2+, sports a 6-inch Full HD IPS OGS edge-to-edge display, Dragontrail glass protection with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a 2GHz MediaTek MT6592 Octa-Core processor and Mali 450 GPU along with 2GB RAM. It is equipped with 16GB internal memory, expandable via microSD card slot.
On the camera, it features 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, OIS, 1080p Full HD video recording, 5MP front-facing camera. This device measures, 7.9mm thickness and weighs around 175grams.

Moving to the connectivity, it supports 4G LTE Cat.4 / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi direct Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and powered by a huge 3100mAh battery.

Priced at $299 (approx Rs. 18,500), the Alcatel One Touch Hero 2+ will be launched in North America in Q2 2015 and the company also revealed, it wilL introduce more device with Cyanogen in the upcoming days
