Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean:Galaxy S3 Test Firmware Leaked

SamMobile have got their hands on the latest I9300XXUFME3 - Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean test firmware for the Galaxy S3. The update which is still in a development stage will bring lot of the features that are available in the Gaxaxy S4. The company had previously commented that it would try to bring the Galaxy S3 and the S2 in par with the Galaxy S4, in the software front, looks like the company is living up to the promise.

Although Samsung is expected to release the ufficial update somewhere around June. SamMobile made the test version of the update available for Galaxy S3 user, with the help of a company insider. You can download the update file here.

The update is said to bring performance improvements, new UI and features.

SamMobile have a few warnings for users, before installing the firmware

This firmware will increase your binary counter but the current binary and system status will remain official.

We have re-packaged this firmware from dump files.

There is no modem in this firmware, so the Modem you will be using before flashing this firmware will remain the same.
This is a pre-release firmware and not official from Samsung.
